The Demo space is now full. If you have questions about participation, please contact us.
Demonstrations give academic and government groups, start-ups, and established companies the opportunity to share their products and projects at a tabletop display. Demos may complement a lecture or poster presentation with hands-on interaction. Commercial displays are welcome.
Demos will take place on Thursday and Friday afternoon. Time available to each demo will depend on overall demand, but we aim to accommodate those who want a longer, exhibit-style display and those who prefer a briefer, presentation-type display.
Demo presenters are considered regular conference presenters, subject to the same registration requirements and entitled to the same registration discount. There is no additional fee for the tabletop space.
Presenters can bring equipment with them or arrange shipment with the carrier of their choice and the host hotel. (Shipping is at presenter's own expense.)
Ordinary electrical power will be provided with the expectation that demos will utilize laptops or small equipment only. Internet will be available from the hotel for an additional fee to the presenter. We will accommodate special needs on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to give a Demo, please email a one-page description in MS Word of your project or product and organization [MMVR22-at-NextMed-dot-com]. This description should include presenter's name, affiliation, project's or product's name, current stage of development and/or commercial availability, and images and diagrams.
Please also clarify the duration you prefer for your demo.
