PRESENTATION MATERIALS PUBLICATION AGREEMENT

Aligned Management Associates, Inc., organizer of the MMVR18 conference (“Organizer”), wishes to publish in the conference syllabus the submitted materials for all conference presentations. These materials include the one-page Abstracts in PDF and the presentation Overviews in plain text. The syllabus may include a supplementary CD. The syllabus will be distributed to conference attendees and used only for educational purposes.

One author (“Author”) must submit this agreement for his/her presentation materials to be included in the conference syllabus. This agreement does not transfer copyright and no copyright will be claimed by the Organizer.

By entering his/her name and presentation title(s) below and submitting the form, the Author agrees to have his/her presentation materials published in the MMVR18 conference syllabus.

The Author also warrants 1) that these materials are his/her own original work; 2) that these materials contains nothing libelous or unlawful; and 3) that publishing these materials in the MMVR17 syllabus does not violate any copyright, proprietary right, or any other right.

The Author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims or lawsuits arising out of publishing these materials in the MMVR18 conference syllabus.
