CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 

Conference registration will open in September 2010. To summarize general logistics and participation
requirements:

  • Registration will be available for the entire conference. In addition, registration will be available for single days and for the exhibit hall only.
  • Discounts will be offered to presenters and to full-time students who present status documentation.
  • A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from any refunds. Starting approximately one month before the conference, refund will not be given. However, an unused registration payment can be credited, less the $100 fee, to the following year's conference, for one year only.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time and without administrative fee.
  • All presenters must register for the conference. One discounted presenter registration is offered for each presentation. A presenter may register at the student rate if the conditions apply.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express nor Discover. We also accept personal and institutional checks, provided they are in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.
