Please note:
  • In RegOnline, you will set up a user ID that allows you to modify your registration later and print a receipt at any time.
  • You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or AmEx.
  • We also accept wire transfers, and personal and institutional checks issued in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • The majority of problems using RegOnline occur when the billing address for the credit card is incorrect or incomplete. Pay careful attention to this data.
  • The Friday evening banquet dinner is optional and requires a $50 additional fee. RegOnline offers this option after you select your registration type.
  • Similarly, the Wednesday morning Calit2 tour is optional and $40 additional. Registration for the tour is limited.

  • Wednesday, February 20: Optional morning tour of Calit2. Afternoon breakout sessions. Evening networking activity. Exhibits set-up.
  • Thursday, February 21: Poster session with continental breakfast. Morning plenary session and afternoon breakout sessions. Exhibits open. Afternoon demos. Evening networking activity. 
  • Friday, February 22: Program continues, including posters, exhibits, and demos. Exhibits close in afternoon. Optional banquet dinner.
  • Saturday, February 23: Morning plenary. Adjourn mid-day.

Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

Registration refunds are available we receive your request by Monday, January 7, 2013. After this date, no refunds will be given. Cancellations cannot be made using RegOnline.

A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. And an unused payment can be credited, less the $100 fee, toward the following year's conference (for one year only).

You may transfer your registration to another attendee at any time without penalty.


General Guidelines

All participants must register for the conference. One discounted presenter registration is offered for each presentation during the program - whether oral, poster, workshop, etc. A presenter may register at the lower student rate if conditions are met.

Student registrations are intended for full-time students, including fellows and residents. Registrants will need to provide documentation of full-time student status and contact information for their adviser.

The conference registration fee does not include hotel or transportation, which are the individual responsibility of each attendee.

Registration includes the printed syllabus, and syllabus and proceedings in electronic format. It also includes continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

This conference and the host hotel comply with ADA rules and regulations. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests but ask that you contact us by Tuesday, January 29, 2013, to discuss needs.
