Schedule Overview
- Wednesday, February 8: Exhibits set-up. Early registration (4 - 6 PM) *
- Thursday, February 9: Poster session with continental breakfast. Morning plenary session and afternoon breakout sessions. Exhibits open. Afternoon demos.
- Friday, February 10: Program continues, including posters, exhibits, and demos. Exhibits close.
- Saturday, February 11: Program continues and concludes.
* Note: The sessions organized by TATRC / USAMRMC that have preceded MMVR in prior years will not take place in 2012, due to brand new government regulations. We sincerely regret the disappointment. We do expect our colleagues to participate in the conference but in a more limited manner.
Registration Cut-Off Dates
- ON TIME registration fees are offered through February 7, 2012
- ON SITE registration fees begin February 8, 2012
General Guidelines
All participants must register for the conference. One discounted presenter registration is offered for each presentation during the main MMVR program - whether oral, poster, workshop, etc. A presenter may register at the lower student/fellow rate if conditions apply and documentation is provided.
Student registrations are for presenters and non-presenters who are full-time students (including fellows and residents) and provide documentation of full-time student status. When you register, provide the contact information requested for your advisor and fax us a copy of your current student ID or similar documentation. Our fax number is 1-805-534-9030.
The conference registration fee does not include hotel or transportation, which are the individual responsibility of each attendee.
This conference and the host hotel comply with ADA rules and regulations. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests but ask that you contact us by Monday, January 16, 2012, to discuss needs.

Regular, Full Conference: $675 On Time / $720 On Site
Presenter, Full Conference: $545 On Time / $590 On Site
Student, Full Conference: $475 On Time / $520 On Site
Partial Conference (Regular, Presenter & Student)
Two-Day, Thursday & Friday: $600 On Time / $650 On Site
Two-Day, Friday & Saturday: $450 On Time / $500 On Site
One-Day, Thursday Only: $300 On Time / $325 On Site
One-Day, Friday Only: $300 On Time / $325 On Site
One-Day, Saturday Only: $150 On Time / $175 On Site
Note: Exhibits-only passes will be available for purchase at the door.

Only current registration fees will be shown. You will be asked to provide a contact email and set up a password so your registration can be modified later, if necessary.
You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, check, or wire transfer. We accept personal and institutional checks issued in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Even if paying by check or wire transfer, please begin your registration through RegOnline.
Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy
Registration refunds are available if refund request is given in writing by Friday, January 6, 2012. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. After this date, no refunds will be given. However, an unused payment can be credited, less the $100 fee, toward the following year's conference (for one year only).
Please note that registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time and without penalty.
